David Villalobos

Colorado School of Mines Student | Founder & CEO of USA Pro Services LLC

Fascinated by the ability to create and impact the world, David Villalobos began studying software development in 7th grade after discovering his deep passion in the subject. From the first time he developed his first website, he knew this would be his future. In high school, David has taken all the technology-based courses the district has to offer - from engineering to AP computer science. He's become accustomed to advanced courses and heavy workloads. Working with interfaces such as CAD - Solidworks & Revvit, Intelli J (AP CS-A), Photoshop, Illustrator, and ect he just can't get enough. David has taken advantage of his free time to learn the structure of varying operating systems and has programmed Raspberry Pi computers to run Kali Linux for penetration testing and security stability enhancements. He currently manages several professional websites and is competing in the TSA national website development competition. Motivated by his successes David began his own professional contracting company formally named USA Pro Services LLC and has served many happy clients after completing a 4-year professional apprenticeship. Though he works hard, he also knows how to enjoy life - from hiking in the Colorado mountains to playing violin David manages stress well. His ambitions are high and so is his skill level & drive; working hard to earn a professional doctorate in software development branching into artifical intelliegence in order to advance human technology. David plans to develop a new, more efficient artificial intelligence genesis algorithm more efficient than seen in modern technology.

EXPERIENCE

Web Developer

Webmaster/Developer @ 2018 – PRESENT (4 YEARS)

While still following his passions, David has been developing websites professionally on his freetime to grow his skill set and make some extra income. He's currently managing about a dozen including a couple highschool's websites, the Technology Student Association club website and several others. His websites are built using a CMS platform and all the development components are unified by hand; Everything from SQL database management, servers, ssl certifications, ect... are created and interwined by David himself to provide a professionally website service. 

Professional Contractor

CEO & Founder of USA Pro Services LLC @ 2020 – PRESENT (2 YEARS)

Following his 4-year appreticeship, David developed his own contracting company named USA Pro Services LLC. Working for large property management corporations, he had gained a greater view on the innerworkings of a company and the leadership involved in a succesful company. Though David sees a larger future in his carrer of Software Development, he's taken full advantage of making some revanue to save up for college and experiencing what not many have.

Flipping Physics YouTube Channel

SPANISH TRANSLATOR & QUALITY CHECK @ 2022 – PRESENT (1 YEAR)

Being a supporter and active audience of the Flipping Physics YouTube Channel, David recieved an invitation to join the team and work as a spanish translator in order to incease the channel's outreach. David works with another individual to translate all english physics videos to spanish.

Contractor Apprentice

CPS CONTRACTING SERVICES @ 2017 – 2020 (3 years 9 months)

Working alongside professional contractors for an extended period of time, David has gained an introspective view of factors that make a productive and safe working environment. He took this apprenticeship opportunity as a foreseeable start to his own contracting business. He's experienced what many high schoolers could never have and has developed great workmanship alongside other hard workers. At such an early age, David has developed an intuition for problem solving and being a team leader.

General Education Degree (GED) @ 2018 – 2022

After taking all the software development courses the district has to offer, David expanded his skill set by learning other programming and scripting languages such as php for database management and data analysis. Beyond AP Computer Science, he's been studying advanced algorithms from an MIT course available online in order to optimize large programming operations. In highschool, David has achieved a near perfect 4.0 GPA with advanced courses such as AP CSA, AP Physics, AP Lang, AP Lit, AP Stats, AP Calc AB & BC, and ect by doubling up on courses. Clubs include the Technology Student Association club in which he competes nationally for website development/webmaster. David is in the highest level orchestra (Chamber) and plays violin to relieve his stresses.

Solving Colorado's Acid Mine Drainage

In this paper, David and 4 other team members designed a solution to Colorado's ongoing acid mine drainage issue. They worked with government environmental protection engineers to create a solution for the 23,000 abandoned mines that contribute to AMD contamination. David worked alongside chemical engineers actively researching and designing a chemical ligand that coagulates contaminants to mitigate AMD contamination. David designed the communication and algorithmic data processing systems in which he utilized his background in algorithm development and licensed HAM radio communications to process and report sensor data from deep in the Rocky Mountains to EPA government offices. All communications require FCC compliance and two-way encrypted data transmission.
